"The apartment was very clean, modern and well looked after. It was a very worthwhile stay which was made even more pleasant by the very friendly couple which are renting the apartment out." Daniel from Basel, Switzerland (22/10/2010).

"Apartment very well located near the European district, very quiet and sunny, comfortable and furnished with taste, an ideal place to stay or to work in Brussels." Daniel from Toulouse, France (13/04/2011).

"I can't say enough about this apartment. It is conveniently located, safe, comfortable, and well furnished. The ground floor is a mini city with it's own grocery store, post office, and dry cleaners; perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. Gilbert is an excellent landlord, he is trustworthy, friendly and prompt. If I didn't have to return home, I would have never left." Andrew from Arizona, USA (08/06/2011).

"The apartment is very well located, close the metro and near the European district. It is sunny, airy, comfortable and fully furnished. Near by the place there are a post office, a supermarket, several shops and bars. Monsieur Gilbert was always ready and helpful to assist us in every situation. We’ll never forget the wonderful view and all the sunsets that we enjoyed from the balcony of “our” apartment." Elisabetta & Maria Grazia from Isernia, Italia (11/08/2011)

"The apartment was exactly as I expected from the photographs: nice, clean and functional. Transportation by subway, bus or community bicycle (Bixi) is very convenient. Services and many good places to eat are nearby. Thanks to Oksana and Gilbert for the nice reception. I am happy to count you as my friends. I keep very good memories of my three-month stay in Brussels." Nicolas from Quebec, Canada (05/09/2011)

"PEIG is a great company. The apartment was in impeccable condition, the landlords were really nice and friendly and the location is only a stone's throw away from both EU institutions and the center of the city. I really enjoyed living in such a colorful neighborhood that was walking distance to many amenities. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for an easy transition to moving to Brussels." Zeynep from Ankara, Turkey (20/09/2011).

"I stayed in the apartment 2302 in the Pacific building for six months in 2011/2012. The building is centrally located, public transport by bus or metro is close. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom. It's probably not the cheapest apartment in Brussels but it includes nearly everything that is needed for a stay. The kitchen is equipped with hob, refrigerator, microwave oven and washing machine. Dishes and all kinds of kitchen utensils are there. Bedclothes and towels are provided and there is telephone, cable-TV and Internet. Everything is in good status. The owners live in the same building and in case of questions they reacted immediately. To make it short: I can fully recommend the apartment." Christian from Frankfurt am Main, Germany (02/04/2012).

"I came to Brussels on temporary duty for a job and had little notice of my move. The PEIG property was the perfect solution: it was close to work and was fully furnished. For someone coming from the US, it helped reduce the amount I had to take for the long journey. Everything in the apartment was exactly what I needed and perfect for one person. When the apartment was advertised as "fully furnished," it was spot on. There really was nothing I needed to bring other than my own clothing and personal items. The location of the apartment was great. The neighborhood was calm with a church and a school right outside the residence. Also, it is only 20 minutes walk from the center of Brussels with a bus stop right outside and a Metro within 5 minutes walk. Oksana and Gilbert were incredibly cordial. Before I arrived, email communication was easy because the owners would always respond within 24 hours. Upon my arrival, I was personally helped into my apartment. During my stay, I could always contact the owner with questions, and they were quick to answer. Overall, Oksana and Gilbert were approachable, fair, and easily reached." Julianne from Georgia, USA (07/05/2012).

"Studio at Rue des Eburons was my very first place to live when I moved to Brussels. As described at the web page it was fully furnished and equipped with everything I needed. One of its advantages is a location. On the one hand it's located in a quiet area - one can hear birds singing almost all day long. On the other hand in a walking distance there are bars, restaurants, shops and all facilities needed. It is also important to mention the landlords. Oksana and Gilbert have been very helpful and very friendly. I do recommend PEIG properties and appreciate cooperation with Oksana and Gilbert." Adam from Warsaw, Poland (31/05/2012)
